Aisha Amjad

Aisha Amjad is a Toronto-based family lawyer who assists clients with a broad range of family law matters, including separation, parenting disputes, and the preparation and negotiation of separation agreements, prenuptial agreements, and cohabitation agreements. She provides strategic legal guidance both inside and outside the courtroom, combining practical advice with compassionate, determined advocacy to help clients protect their interests and work toward fair, lasting resolutions.

As a mother of three, Aisha appreciates the importance of family relationships and the considerations involved in parenting matters. This personal perspective informs her approach to helping clients navigate parenting disputes with care and sensitivity, while keeping the best interests of the child at the forefront.

Aisha holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor. Called to the bar in 2011, she has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
