Emmett Brownscombe is a trial and appellate lawyer that has successfully conducted cases at every level of court in Ontario. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Ottawa in 2019, graduating with distinction. After law school, Mr. Brownscombe articled and worked as an Associate at two prominent criminal defence firms in Toronto where he accumulated a considerable amount of trial and appellate experience in a short time. He joined ALPHAH Legal team to focus his practice on jury trials and the most serious criminal cases. He represents clients charged with all manner of criminal offences, including murder, firearms offences and drug trafficking. He has worked exclusively in criminal defence since his call to the bar in 2020.
