Maria-Claire Vagenas

MC is an Associate Lawyer at ALPHAH legal, where she practices exclusively in the area of criminal defence. She earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar. Based in Toronto, MC represents individuals facing a wide range of criminal charges and is particularly interested in youth matters.

Prior to joining ALPHA Legal, MC completed her articles with the Toronto Crown Attorney's Office, where she gained extensive courtroom exposure and developed a comprehensive understanding of criminal prosecutions and a knack for written advocacy. Her experience on both sides of the courtroom allows her to approach each case with strategic insight, meticulous preparation, and practical judgment.
